The current ENA Board of Directors is listed below followed by a short bio for each member. Board members are elected annually and serve a minimum of a one year term.

Brooks Beaupain

Brooks was born in Enatai and is a Bellevue High grad.  After living in Seattle following graduation from the UW, he and his family decided to return to Enatai.  Brooks is energized by issues in our area including neighborhood safety, light rail implementation, civic responsibility, and downtown area growth managementand has been actively involved, including serving on the ENA light rail committee and the ENA Board.  In his own words:  “Collaborating with my neighbors to gather and share information, understanding the different viewpoints on issues, and helping to bring about a collective sense of pride and passion about our neighborhood is enjoyable and worthwhile.”

Stephanie Ferguson

Stephanie has lived in Enatai for 20 years and was a founding member of the ENA.  She has contributed many volunteer hours to Enatai neighborhood efforts.

Wendy Jones

Wendy has lived in Enatai for over 35 years.  All three of her now adult children attended Enatai Elementary and graduated from BHS.  Wendy has been a leader in the ENA light rail committee since it was formed and has spent tremendous energy to provide ENA with a steady stream of information and paths for individuals to get involved.  In her own words: “I love Enatai for its neighborhood feel – the views of Mercer Slough and Lake Washington and the trees.  I recognize and respect diversity and will do my best to help the membership base of ENA grow and stay connected and informed as a neighborhood.”

Aaron Laing

Aaron has lived in Enatai for over 10 years.  He and his family moved to Enatai because of the elementary school, tree canopy, proximity to the Mercer Slough, and good access to both Downtown Bellevue and Seattle, among other things.  Aaron is interested in bringing his background as a land use attorney and long-time community volunteer to bear on issues that affect our neighborhood.  In his own words: “I will bring an emphasis on inclusiveness and fact-based, transparent decision-making to the Board.”

Martha Lane

Martha grew up in Enatai and graduated from Bellevue High. She returned to the area to continue her ER nursing career in Seattle, after living in Alaska and Utah.  She is a dedicated nature enthusiast, traveler, explorer, photographer, and avid bicyclist.
